I have been a longtime customer of Capital One. I disputed a charge for {$1400.00} for a case that was suppose to be taken care of and never was. I did not have a contract with the attorney. He just took my money and has not returned any phone calls. I have nothing in writing from the attorney and he never filed a case. So I disputed it after I couldn't get ahold of him for a year. Capital one claims they sent me a dispute but they never mailed it and I never received it. I have gone back and forth with Capital One on this matter with them rebilling me after giving me the credit several times now. Now, Capital One has rebilled me on 2 separate credit cards for {$1400.00}. And no explanation.
