I contacted Lexus Nexus last year by email. I provided my information for them to identify me and I was replied to by saying I could request my consumer report. So I decided to call and asked if they verified my Bankruptcy and the first rep told me no that the Credit Bureaus did. I told her that is was impossible because two of the Bureaus said it was either the Bankruptcy court or Lexus Nexus. So I ended up having to call back. The second rep told me when I ask was that it was the Bankruptcy court that verified my Bankruptcy. So when I asked for proof of that so I can give it to the Bureaus amd court. I was denied that information because they said it was no way to provide me with that information unless I as for a consumer report. So I decided to write them and provide my information again to prove my identity and I received a letter again telling me that they couldn't authenticate my identity. Which I find strange, because when I call them that 1 time they only asked me for my last for digits of my social, address, name, amd DOB. And that's the same information I provided in the email originally. I also must add that along with the letter sent was copies of my License and Social Security card
