Penny Mac reported to the credit bureau that my mortgage had many months of missed payments along with my loan not being payed off. This has become an issue in my new loan for another home. As this loan is payed off and penny Mac said I made all payments. Called pennymac multiple times to get a letter and they can not fix it. They said they would call credit Bureau however did not update me with any information.
