On XX/XX/2022 ( received XXXX ) Capital One sent me a letter stating that they were closing my credit card accounts because of " activity on this or another account that is not consistent with our expectations for account usage and violations of the Capital One Customer Agreement ''. This was the only explanation given and i currently do not have access to either account. I have drafted a letter to send correspondence along with this complaint.
