An erroneous collection was added to my report dropping my score XXXX points. I had already paid the original creditor and the collection agency agreed to delete the error however after the deletion my score still reflects the XXXX drop. None of the bureaus have a dispute score option, so I mailed letters with a copy of my drivers license and identifying details. They replied back stating the letters didn't appear to come from me. I have no idea how to get my score corrected and I would appreciate any help you can provide. Kindest regards.
