Years has went by as I have called transunion several times regarding this issue. I have been trying to go online to their website to dispute and keep getting the same error message for years. I recently called and talked to a representative and they say it has been fixed but this is untrue. I am attaching a copy of the error message that I keep getting after I entered all of my information on their website only for it to verify my information as accurate but refuse to go further allowing me to monitor my credit report to dispute invalid information that they are reporting on my credit report.
