Consumer Narrative

I have had fraud on my account with navy federal. International currency transactions are showing on my account in which I have never did business with. Because of the amount navy federal credit union refuses to even investigate the fraud. I have sent in legal documentation and was not even acknowledged that there was an error. The immediately said they did not find an error not have to investigate the problem.
