I have attempted to file several disputes already with the credit bureaus regarding a fraud auto lease which identity thieves obtained by using my personal information. I have been a victim of identity theft and this auto lease was opened fraudulently due to the identity thief using my personal information to obtain services from the creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. This auto lease is a closed account reporting on the credit bureaus, however, it does not belong to me because I did not lease nor did I buy a vehicle from the mentioned creditors. I have attempted to dispute the fraud account that has been reporting on the credit bureaus however the credit bureaus have refused to cooperate claiming false allegations that the accounts are mine. I have explained it to them countless times that these account are fraudulent however, they do not seem to understand. This issue must be resolved, the reason I am filing this complaint is to notify the proper authorities of the countless violations that the creditors and the credit bureaus have been conducting. They have been cooperating with identity thieves which they fraudulently used my personal information to obtain fraud services by tarnishing my financial credibility.
