In XX/XX/XXXX, I disputed accounts on my credit report that were inaccurately listed with only Equifax. This has caused undue stress in trying to remove this inaccurate information. This information appears from XXXX and keeps reappearing with different payment dates, payment amounts, etc. In accordance with the fair credit reporting act XXXX XXXX XXXX account # XXXX and XXXX account # XXXX is in violation of my my rights, which states that negative and outdated information can not reappear after it is found to be not validated. 15 USC 1681 section 602-A states that I have the right to privacy. 15USC 1681 section 604-A section 2 states that consumer reporting agencies can not furnish an account without my written instruction or consent. I did not provide a wet signature or permission for this account to be reported nor should they be reported form XXXX. Illinois consumer law prohibits reporting after 5 years. I demand that these accounts be removed from my credit reporting file
