In accordance with Fair Credit Reporting Act everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report. XXXXDOFED -- XXXX The Credit bureaus stated that my account was properly investigated but how is that possible if the open date is inaccurate, date last activate is inaccurate, and date last reported in not accurate. This is grounds for removal they also violated my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A. State I have the right to privacy. U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2. It also states that a consumer reporting agency CAN NOT furnish an account without my written Instructions.
