I got a letter stating that I have a court date for a judgement from a debt collector Metro Portfolio Inc. who is suing me for a very old debt from a credit card XXXX XXXX XXXX is the original creditor I had when I was in my early XXXX. I am know XXXX XXXX XXXX, so I filled the paperwork saying that the debt was old. We went court on XXXX XXXX and know they are still trying to recover the debt I know there is a statue of limitations on debt collection. Also I always check my credit report and there is nothing on my report about a judgement or any collections account on my credit report
