On XX/XX/2022 Aldous and Associates claimed to have sent me Validation of the alleged debt that I owe to XXXX XXXX. The bill that they sent me happens to be what is called VERIFICATION that they are collecting on an alleged debt that XXXX XXXX XXXX claims that I owe but it is not VALIDATION. I am attaching the debt validation to this complaint which details exactly what I am asking the company for. There is also a Cease and Desist attached to this complaint as well. Aldous and Associates continues to use extortionate means to collect an alleged extension of credit. The violator can face up to 20 years in prison, be fined or both. To avoid myself having to take legal action for such offense I advise Aldous and Associates to cease all collection activity including reporting of ; or verifying of this account on my credit reports. If the company chooses to not comply with my requests, I will have no other choice but to pursue legal action. I believe that XXXX XXXX XXXX is in charge of the operations of this company and will be seen as liable for his compliance in the use of deceptive means to extort money from uninformed consumers. Please take this matter seriously. My consumer file is a direct representation of my reputation and I take my reputation seriously. If the company claims to have the right to collect this debt from myself the consumer, please attach the trilateral contract in which I agreed to be party to the collection of an alleged debt by a third party. Your prompt response is both required and necessary. this is in response to complaint XXXX
