New Additional information : I have sent Navy Federal Credit Union a debt validation letter on XXXX {$1300.00}. I have yet to receive and any information pertaining to this alleged debt. It is past 45 days according to the FCRA, FCDPA. And they have violated my consumer rights. I will be seeking remedy. Since they did not respond to my debt validation letter. I followed up with a cease and desist letter. An account continues to report charge off on a closed account since XX/XX/2018. Which is also a violation of my consumer rights.
