Hello and good day. I'M writing this complaint because I have been disputing the Inaccuracy of each of the accounts that i will list and the bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, and equifax ) seems to not care about following the rules of the FCRA. I have multiple accounts that are over the statute of limitations and are still reporting as well as an an account that couldn't be truly verified when after i sent in 6 months of letters showing the violations that are on my report. This is causing my life damages and Im getting tired of dealing with these folk to no avail. My next step is to begin speaking to a consumer rights attorney because this is nonsense. 1. XXXX XXXX ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX ) XXXX This account has 3 different dates last active so obviously its Inaccurate and now in total violation because they still haven't deleted it. 2. XXXX XXXX Equifax is reporting a past due on a collection. I read this is A violation of thr FCRA. 3. USDOEXXXX XXXX XXXX and equifax are reporting 2 different dates last active and this account is way past the ststute of limitations. Why is this still reoprting? 4. US DEPT ED XXXX All three bureaus are reporting different dates last active, the statute of limitations is up and its been reaged plus theres activity being reported after the account was charged off. Like really? Its like they're intentionally trying to cause me damages 5. US DEPT ED XXXX again all 3 bureaus are reporting 3 different dates last active, the statute of limitations has past but they are reaging the account and equifax is reporting activity after this account was Closed.
