On XX/XX/2022 i was charged {$640.00} for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The charge was not authorized by me nor did i have knowledge of this charge and is therefore fraud. I called the company and was told the card was not present for the transaction and was made by a man. Im a woman and i was in the hospital at the time with covid. The establishment where the charge occured is also over an hour from my home. I filed a complaint on XX/XX/2022 and it was denied. I've filed another complaint on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX im waiting to hear back. I want my money back since this is fraud.
