Woke up on XX/XX/2022 only to find out that my account has been permanently limited according to a mail sent to me by PayPal ( Ref ID - XXXX ). I have been in shock of what Policy I did go against that could result to my account been limited... I need explanation on what Policy I did violate and why should my account be limited. I have been a loyal PayPal customer over the years and with no engagement with fraudulent activities demand and explanation of why I am being wrongly limited.. I have mailed the executive and no response has been given.
