I have a Capital One credit card. I paid off my balance on XX/XX/2022. I had a XXXX balance for the rest of the month and I did not use the card for any purchases. On XX/XX/XXXX I logged into my account and saw that I had a {$2.00} interest charge. After viewing the statement the it said {$100.00} was subject to interest even though my balance was XXXX. Additionally I have auto pay set up on the card and the {$2.00} was not paid automatically. When I called customer service they could not give me a clear answer as to why I was charged interest.
