I have received many calls from this company Duvera threatening to sue me. I keep telling them that this is not my debt. I've asked them to send me proof that it is my debt because they say it is a valid debt. I have never heard of this company and this is not my debt. This is a scam. I want this debt deleted from my credit report, I do not owe this debt it is not mine. It says this debt was opened XX/XX/XXXX and closed on XX/XX/XXXX. The original debt states it was {$500.00} but is reporting a balance of {$1200.00} on my credit. This debt just recently popped up on my credit report.
