On XX/XX/XXXX I filed my taxes with XXXX XXXX and used the pay out of my refund option for the fees. My direct deposit date was XX/XX/XXXX. My bank rejected it. I called the bank a week later and confirmed they sent the money back. Because I paid the fees out of my refund, the refund was returned to XXXX XXXX tax group, XXXX. Every time you call its a different day as to when the check was printed or mailed. Well fast forward a month later and a whole lot of phone calls, the IRS traced the refund back to them. My check has yet to be mailed. Its been over a month and I still have nothing. This is fraud. They are trying to push into signing to get it reissued to cover there own butts, and its ridiculous that I have to pay for my own money back.
