I requested a debt validation on XX/XX/XXXX on a credit account by the name of XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) with a balance of {$9900.00}. At the time this account was showing as closed with a last payment date of XX/XX/XXXX. A completed investigation was produced on on XX/XX/XXXX stating the account would be deleted as it was unverifiable. In XXXX of XXXX, this account was added back to all XXXX of my credit bureaus as an open account beginning XXXX of XXXX. The balance had increased to {$18000.00}, and has been reporting as an open account with a delinquent account status since XXXX of XXXX since then i completed multiple disputes in XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX of XXXX requesting the the documentation including the original contract including all account billing history to prove this was my account and to validate the balance. i have still received nothing and my credit has suffered tremendously because of this account and has prevented me from financial growth.
