I filed an original complaint with CFPB on XX/XX/2019 regarding deceptive practice by the XXXX XXXX location from where I originally purchased the vehicle, complaint # XXXX. My wife and I made multiple trips to the XXXX XXXX location and spoke with the General Manager, XXXX. Multiple egregious errors were made on their part and their company continues to harass us and ruin our credit. The corporate office issued a letter in response that they were " investigating '' the situation and never responded after that until this week, via a collection agency that is claiming we now owe over $ XXXX. It looks like I need to hire a lawyer and sue XXXX for harassment. I will attach the entirety of the previous complaint.
