This company is using unfair business tactics and reporting erroneous information to my credit report. I opened my Destiny Mastercard account with them around XX/XX/2021. I never received a bill from them therefore had XXXX payment information. I was made aware of the past due balance when I got an alert on my credit that it was 30 days or more past due. I immediately called them and paid my account current. I feel that them reporting this late to my credit is wrong because I never was afforded the opportunity to fix the mistake whether it was mine or theirs. I attempted to compromise with them but never received a call back. I have another account with this company and have always paid more than my minimum and paid it very early I think my account behavior speaks for itself.
