I've been a customer of XXXX for a 1 year now. I had a total of refinance 's with XXXX maybe 3 or 4, I paid off one loan completely through my Federal Government payroll every two weeks. They don't explain the high interest rates, they'll be charging you before you apply ahead of time for a loan. My last refinance was XX/XX/2021 the last balance update shows {XXXX}. Here 's my problem the last time XXXX updated all 3 of credit reporting agencies was XX/XX/2021, the balance shows {XXXX}, but on my account it shows {XXXX} as the refinance which was completed on XX/XX/2021. I'm confused how they operate. XXXX gets a total XXXX, that's biweekly from my Federal Government paycheck that's is {XXXX} biweekly. Truthly I feel the company isn't being honest with posting my correct balance. I requested an audit of my account they haven't provided it too me. I need to know if my balances are correct. They need to update all 3 of the credit Bureau agencies, with the correct updates. They skips months of updating the my credit reporting. That doesn't look good on XXXX. I feel like I can't trust them.
