I called Equifax about 3-4 weeks ago and spoke with a representative named XXXX to request an early exclusion on a collection account that is due to age off my credit report this coming XXXX. He granted me this early exclusion and said that this collection account would be removed with the next update of my report. Well, I just refreshed all 3 of my credit reports and this collection is STILL ON my Equifax report, despite the fact that I was told by YOUR agent that this account would be REMOVED IMMEDIATELY and would reflect this on my next report refresh. In fact, it says that the balance on this account was updated on XX/XX/XXXX, just 5 days ago, when this account should have been DELETED as your representative granted me an EARLY EXCLUSION on it. This collection is from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have uploaded a screenshot of this collection as it currently reflects on my Equifax report with this complaint. Again, YOUR REPRESENTATIVE, XXXX, whom I spoke with on the phone a few weeks ago, ASSURED ME that this account would be DELETED as he was granting me an EARLY EXCLUSION. If this is not deleted from my report IMMEDIATELY, I will report Equifax to the State of Maine Attorney General 's office.
