This consumer reporting agency as defined by law has violated my rights under the FCRA for not assuring me 100 % possible maximum accuracy. Every automated complaint that comes back says items are verified when they have not done a reasonable investigation of the items in question Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681e - Compliance procedures section ( b ) says whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it follows reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. To my understanding, the only investigation that credit reporting agencies do is a simple communication with the E oscar system to request verification. Verification could be as simple as a phone number address and name all of which are public information and is not the maximum possible accuracy which would mean that you are in violation of the FCRA. These are the Inaccurate tradelines that I disputed that have not been removed or investigated properly.
