I contacted XXXX XXXX corporation by mail four times on XX/XX/XXXX did not hear back from them. I could not get a resolution for account ending in XXXX asking it to be removed from my credit file or updated due to it impacting my credit in a negative matter this account is paid in full which payments being made on XX/XX/XXXX for {$44.00} and also again on XXXX for {$44.00} leaving my balance at XXXX it still shows a late balance of {$88.00} past 60 days I do not have this card or account anymore due to it being stolen which I reported back in XXXX I would like this removed from my credit file I did send four letters into the company directly did not hear back from them I tried contacting them by phone over eight times and I faxed my credit report showing that this is still on my credit file at XXXX extension XXXX and I was told it would be removed which it still has not been to this day
