On XX/XX/2022, I requested my XXXX Credit Report. Included in the Credit report, I discovered that two of my oldest CAPITAL ONE credit cards were not being reported on the report. These two accounts are almost XXXX XXXX XXXX and pay a huge role on my CREDIT SCORES. Both other Credit Bureaus, XXXX and XXXX were being reported correctly with all FOUR of my CAPITAL ONE accounts. Multiple attempts to add the other two CAPITAL ONE accounts to my XXXX report have failed miserably. I contacted XXXX by phone on several occasions, and was instructed to contact CAPITAL ONE directly to correct the matter. I wrote a certified return receipt letter to CAPITAL ONE explaning the situation, hoping that an easy fix would resolve the matter. CAPITAL ONE wrote back to me notifying that they have been reporting the FOUR accounts to XXXX, and could not explain why i was have this issue correcting it with XXXX. I asked CAPITAL ONE to provide me the documentation that they claim they made to XXXX, asking them to resove, so i could forward to XXXX. They did provide me documents to send to XXXX, I then sent another certified return receipt letter to XXXX with CAPITAL ONE 's documentation, so that they could fix my XXXX credit file adding the other TWO missing accounts to my file. INCREDIBLY, but not unexpected, XXXX said they could not correct the situation ONCE AGAIN SENT ME BACK TO CAPITAL ONE to resolve. THIS IS CRAZY! and should not be happening to consumers fighting to correct their deserved Credit Reports. I have exhausted all efforts to de the right thing, and I ask that you please get involved. I need your help, and I know this is what you specialize in to help consumers. Recapping the situation and my request to resolve this matter, I am asking that you make contact with XXXX if you can, because its impossible to speak to UNITED STATES OF AMERICA representative in customer service, Its located and calls are directed to the XXXX. I ask that you please help me have the two missing CAPITAL ONE accounts ending in XXXX and XXXX ADDED correctly to my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
