I have asked GLOBAL LENDING SERVICES XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, SC XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX to show me a original contract with my signiture on it showing the alleged debt that GLOBAL LENDING SERVICES claim that I owe {$15000.00}, and all GLOBAL LENDING SERVICES have provided me are statements to an account that GLOBAL LENDING SERVICES can not prove is mine. GLOBAL LENDING SERVICES have violated my consumer rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) 15USC 1692 ( g ) Failure to validate this alleged debt. I refuse to pay this alleged debt. Please cease and desist all collection activities I would like for this to be taken off my XXXX, XXXX and XXXX credit reports immediately as of XX/XX/2022!!!. and never to be put on there again. 15 USC 1692cI Ceasing communication If a consumer notifies a debt collector in writing that the consumer refuses to pay a debt or that the consumer wishes the debt collector to cease further communication with the consumer, the debt collector shall not communicate further with the consumer with respect to such debt.
