I have a HELOC with Bank of the West and have been unable to repay the HELOC due to an inability to transfer funds from an external bank account to Bank of the West. The external transfer process on Bank of the West 's website is completely blank. There is no ability to even try to initiate a transfer. Without this ability, I'm unable to paydown my HELOC and am incurring interest that I should not be responsible for as it's due to a failure by the bank to enable a paydown. I tried calling the bank on XX/XX/22 and was stuck on hold for over 2 hours with no response from the bank.
