I received the debt collection notice in XXXX but this matter has been going on since XXXX and could be years before that without my knowledge Company directed me to file a complaint with FTC per my personal information and identity being stolen, used to create two separate utility bills in my name in a different state. Amounts equal to {$800.00} company can not help until confirmation number is given by you and faxed to them to then create police report.
