In complaint XXXX, I noted that I had been given a COVID-19 partial claim but was still being reported as delinquent. Two of the three major bureaus were edited to remove the inaccurate COVID information ( but not to reflect the timely unemployment forebearance payments ), but there has been nothing done to resolve the XXXX report, which still shows the inaccurate information. * * * As previously stated : " I have a FHA mortgage with Midland Mortgage. My previous employer went out of business in XX/XX/2021, and I received an unemployment forbearance. After that, I found new employment and applied for and received a COVID Partial Claim. So far so good. I have made all payments since the partial claim before due date and without incident. However, the credit report reads a 90 day delinquency for XXXX through XX/XX/2021. As the attached guidance shows, the mortgage company should not report a delinquency for those three months, and in addition, the unemployment forbearance payments were all timely made. Therefore all months from XX/XX/2021 to date should show timely. This has been an issue before when I had a previous unemployment forebearance and modification. The CFPB was extremely helpful in getting this corrected. ''
