On XX/XX/2022 Credit Karma deposited {$2600.00} into my card. My federal refund was supposed to be {$2.00}, XXXX. After paying my fees from XXXX XXXX for filing, Credit Karma took out an additional {$210.00}. These fees were not discussed nor disclosed to me. My federal refund was supposed to be in the amount of {$2800.00}, instead {$2600.00} was deposited into my Credit Karma card. I did not authorize any other fees nor were any fees disclosed when I filed my taxes. I have been trying to get in contact with Credit Karma and XXXX XXXX. However, they are blaming each other for the money that was taken out of my federal refund. This is unacceptable and because of Covid, I was expecting all of my refund to pay my back pay of 3 months of mortgage payments. Please help! I would like my {$210.00} back on my card. That is my federal income tax refund. Please feel free to contact me by email and/or by phone at XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am not getting anywhere with Credit Karma or XXXXXXXX XXXX I am asking for your assistance. Credit Karma has also done this to numerous of clients who filed with XXXX XXXX. Please Help!
