I sent a letter to Alliant to complain on XX/XX/XXXX, but two months after sending the complaint letter they have not responded, and I still have not been informed of the status of my application or whether it was approved or denied. If my application was denied, I would have been disappointed but would have moved on. However, to just ignore an applicant is very frustrating.
