I have reached out to XXXX the creditor by email and they confirm they have removed/ flat cancelled two accounts.The collection agency is unresponsive and will not remove one of the accounts from my credit report. I have called and they hang up on me. I do have it in writing from XXXXXXXX XXXX the creditor I am hoping that someone else can intervene and help me resolve this issue and finally get it removed. I have been trying to remove this debt from my credit report for XXXX years with no success. I appreciate your help thank you.
