SNSC and XXXX are involved in some sort of scam. While I was trying to cure the default the loan was turned over to XXXX. They've given different dates of when they got the loan and how much was owed. Now I can't get a payoff amount. SNSC said they can't tell me anything and I have to contact XXXX and ask for a lawyer named XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX and XXXX hasn't been with the firm in four years. I was never offered a loan modification or mediation. They are in the midst of an illegal foreclosure. I've been requesting a payoff statement since XXXX and they refuse to provide it. They are breaking Federal law 15 U.S. Code 1639g.
