I have student loans with XXXX XXXX XXXX that are reporting to have late/missed payments. I have worked with XXXX and it seems they have sent an update to the credit bureaus and the status still has not changed. I have 13 accounts with XXXX and 11 are showing past due on XXXX and XXXX of 2019. Since these loans were taken out they have always been in deferment. I have made numerous attempts to dispute this information. The only response that I am given, by mail is that the accounts have been verified. I have requested documents showing the investigation results and after 2 years none has been provided. In addition, I have been in contact with XXXX and each time I am advised the notification was in fact sent over to the credit bureaus.
