XXXX XXXX has called all of my family members and divulged to them that I am in some sort of legal trouble. They told my daughter who is away at school I was going to prison if I didn't call them. When I called them and asked them to provide written proof of the debt owed they refused to do so. I have never been notified of a judgement and now after calling my office numerous times and being told not too they are threatening garnishment of wages. They still call an office I am no longer working out of. Finally they are telling me it is for a payday loan called Bridge Lending. I only did business with them in 2018. First, my records show the loan was paid in full. Second, the state of LA has three year rule making this debt out dated and they need to stop harassing me and my family. These tactics are unacceptable, heavy handed and very stressful. The latest number they is a XXXX, but they also have called from XXXX, numerous 800 numbers, etc. You never talk to the same person and they are always rude and disrespectful and threatening.
