I tried to contact XXXX XXXX on issue and reached out to XXXX Zachter Law Office in response to liens placed on several accounts. Since its on a recorded line the staff from paralegal to further representative were disrespectful to me multiple times. I asked how to pay, can I pay over the phone and told by the staff I was rambling/disrespectful. I wanted to get clarity on when this had gone to court, Why was I not appropriately served, and I did not wave my right to a NEW YORK court when XXXX funding is located in Florida. I will be reaching out to the New York XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and many others to stop the unlawful liens, court dates I was not notified of, and illegal activities of the Zachter Law Office staff.
