In XX/XX/XXXX I was contacted by SL finance saying that they were the new collection agency of my Federal Student Loans. They told me that they will set me up on a plan paying {$170.00} for 4 months and eventually my student loans woukd be forgiven. Here we are in XX/XX/XXXX and Im finding out that my Collection agency had only changed earlier this month, My balance hasnt decreased and also that SL finance is a fraudulent company. They falsified promissory notes. This is a crime. I need help. Every time I call and wait on the line the phone coincidentally hangs up. This is so wrong.
