I established this loan in XXXX and have always made my payments through my bank with electronic bill pay. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent two payments that have never been applied to my account. I have been reported to the credit bureau as being delinquent since XXXX and they harras me continuously even after I have sent them proof of the payment. I have contacted them at least ten times regarding this and each time I am told the supervisor is unavailable and they will call me back and it never happens.
