I am a natural person/not a third party company Discover bank is in violation of federal law and my consumer rights and privacy. They sold my open end credit plan pursuant to 15 usc 1602J along with my location information pursuant to 15 usc 1692a ( 7 ) which result in aggregated identity theft pursuant to 18 usc 1028a. They are also in violation to 15 usc 1611 by providing false and misleading information to my consumer report by stating my account was charged off as bad debt but congress law doesnt define what a charge off is. And in violation of 15 usc 1681a ( 2 ) ( I ), they are reporting experiences and transactions to my consumer report that are supposed to between consumers and discover bank.
