In the past Ive had trouble with the law but I have changed my life and fixed my credit to be a great score, Ive applied for a credit card company which was capital one they approved me for a {$500.00} limit and ive made on time payments and have used the card and have been very responsible. Today XX/XX/2022 I was going to make a payment to my credit card and I was informed that my card was shut down due to me having a federal case open for past actions not relating to any credit cards or financial institutions. Capital one approved me for a credit card while having my federal case open so Im confused why months later they decided to close my card and I havent done anything to have them do that. This is very unfair and illegal, if the credit card company had a problem with it before they should of denied me from when I first applied .This is very devastating and unfair as I am trying to become a changed person and build my future life and for my XXXX kids.
