New Dispute, EQUIFAX will not let me access my report according to law with ease, since I've put in complaints as well as certified mail EQUIFAX will no longer let me in to view my profile. I am XXXX Very Bad, EQUIFAX is hurting me causing damages where as i am moving this month and can not let them check my credit due to EQUIFAX dropping my score drastically. It has cause XXXX and XXXX not to mention XXXX knowing, my chances are next to none now because of EQUIFAX. I've did some of my own research and found on public law this is Identity Theft, As I Search Public Law 18 USC 1028a that is Aggravated identity theft, I do not consent to EQUIFAX Furnishing, Housing or producing my personal Information. I did not give written consent for XXXX to do so. As I Search Public Law 15 U.S. Code USC 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates.
