On XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX, three payments were taken out of my account through XXXX to an account owned by someone named XXXX XXXX. One payment of {$150.00}, one of {$50.00}, and then one of {$50.00}. All three were unauthorized by me. XXXX does not allow me to recover any money. I called Wells Fargo about the missing money and they conducted a fraud investigations and said that it was my fault ( they denied my claim ), so they closed my account and made me a new Wells Fargo bank account. I am still missing the {$250.00} even though I know the name of the person who took the money and Wells Fargo knows their XXXX account and email. The day the money was taken I also made a police report. I no longer have access to the bank account because Wells Fargo closed it, since they said it could be at risk of hacking.
