I have previously opened XXXX different cases for this account, the first with XXXX Bank with case # XXXX, then XXXX with person they say it was sold to which is a violation of my rights because they don't have a contract with me and should not have my information at all, The BUREAUS with case # XXXX. I am writing because if you look at case # XXXX they have said the account does not belong to them and they can't remove this account. then if you look at case # XXXX they clearly state that they are no longer the creditor on the account and it was sold to The Bureaus. No one wants to state claim to this account, what I am asking CFPB to do is since neither XXXX wants to claim the account and remove it since I have filed a Identity Theft Affidavit for this account. I am asking CFPB to enforce my rights and have XXXX XXXX TRANSUNION remove this account from my file due to IDENTITY THEFT and my AFFIDAVIT has been attached.
