I looked up my consumer report and noticed a couple of items on there that should not be on there. I sent several letter to consumer reporting agency over the past year and they refuse to rectify their reporting. They keep saying they verified the items with a third party consumer reporting agency. Last i checked, they are suppose to conduct an investigation that consist of interviewing my neighbors, family, and friends. None of that took place. I also read in the permissible purposes section that ANY consumer reporting agency has to have my written consent in order to furnish my consumer report. I did not give my written consent to ANY consumer reporting agency. Therefore, they are violating my rights as a federally protected consumer.
