Medical Revenue Services is constantly calling me to say I owe a debt but will not provide me with any information regarding the debt. They claim to have sent me some information in the mail, but I never received said information. Every time I've asked for information since they've said they are not required to provide me with any additional information and refused to send another letter out. I have made repeated attempts to get any information. Any time I mention the FDCPA they immediately shut me down and will not provide me with any information claiming they will lose their job. I ask for the basic information. Their name Company name Address Call-back phone number Website URL State license number, if available as not all states license collectors I called the Toll Free Number back they called me on to get information. I spoke with XXXX different people, only XXXX of them would give me an address, XXXX gave me a first name only, and XXXX gave me a business name. No one would provide the information together. They want my information before MAYBE providing me with information. It is my understanding that I am protected by the FDCPA and this organization " Medical Revenue Services '' is acting in bad faith by being aggressive, harassing me with multiple calls a day, and refusing to give me any information. I made multiple calls today XX/XX/2022 at XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. Let me state the first call I made at XXXX I said give me a moment to verify my rights via FDCPA they immediately hung up.
