I am a victim of Identity Theft. On XX/XX/XXXX I was made aware that there were several accounts opened in my name fraudulently. XXXX XXXX for the amount of {XXXX} which according to Experian was opened on XX/XX/XXXX. Also, XXXX in the amount of {XXXX} which was opened on XX/XX/XXXX. These accounts are a direct result of Identity Theft from where my information was breached in both XXXX data breaches. I DID NOT OPEN THESE ACCOUNTS. I contacted the XXXX police department and filed an official police report. I also filed a report with the FTC. I disputed this information on my consumer credit report with Experian on XX/XX/XXXX and included all documents, police report, FTC report, blocking letter as well as identifying information such as my Social security card and drivers license. Experian specialists have ignored all documents provided and failed to block this information from my consumer report. The message stated on my dispute results are " DISPUTED ITEM NOT LISTED ON CREDIT REPORT ''. However this account is listed and is reporting negatively which is hurting my credit and causing financial hardship. Experian is in direct violation of my rights under the fairs credit act 605b.
