Truist has not enabled the ability to do external transfers to non-Truist bank accounts. I have called Truist multiple times and already set up and validated the accounts in their system. But, the web and mobile applications will not allow transfers. This used to work fine at Suntrust. Truist told me it is a known glitch, but has not resolved. I can not imagine how many customers are negatively impacted by this Truist failure to deliver.
