In accordance with the fair credit reporting act. Everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report. The credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigated and accurate, however that is not possible because there are still inaccuracies remaining on my credit report. Attached is a copy of my report with the inaccuracies circled in red. Also Attached is a copy of my identification and current address. RE : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act Convergent has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions.
